Returns and refund requests
Research materials require careful handling and chain-of-custody controls. Contact PEPPAVITA before returning any order.
Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders
Contact pepvita26@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number and, when relevant, photographs of the package and product received. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
Other return requests
Opened, altered, or otherwise compromised research materials are not eligible for return. Unopened return requests are reviewed individually and require authorization before anything is sent back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card processing times vary. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
